3 Simple (But Effective) Pieces Of Advice I’d Give Anyone Starting In Clean Energy
Happy to Help the Growing Workforce of Folks Needed to Face Climate
I've been in clean energy in different roles from sales, customer care, operations, to marketing over the last 9 years.
These are the 3 simple (but effective) pieces of advice I'd give anyone starting out (or who wants to get started):
Advice #1: Learn systems thinking
From systems of energy to systems of power, understanding structures enables you to see where to help scale impact.
Advice #2: Transform more than grids
A renewable powershift is an opportunity for not only healthier and wealthier communities but also cultures of care and repair.
Advice #3: Celebrate and uplift others
Celebrating every win, creating accessible pathways, and uplifting others will help you connect and grow.
Honestly, I wish someone had told me these earlier in my career.
But I'm at least glad I can pass them along to you.
