This year, dare I carol my own Chanukah way? Instead of complaining— I'm creating mixtapes of accordion, kazoo, harmonica, klutzy plucking, and clucky music-making my complaints poem dreidel dreams, rhyme, image, metaphor, sonnet form from stories of renewable menorah beams lit by star power and solar power-warmed prayers for more meaning streaming like oceans for kindness to shine from our tabletop pantheons from our every tree, everyday, every motion makes a glimmer a part of this phenomenon in time we become our own phenomenon this year, dare I carol my own Chanukah?
