HYDRANGEA SKIES SONNET
Waves lap from the mouth of cape cod canal lacecap-like where horizon shapes and fades. The way today is going feels floral blooming from oceans to violet ombres. Morning blushes bright creams to rosy pinks. Afternoon flushes white cloudy petals. Evening rolls round after sun slowly sinks, dusking lavender later as days settle. We follow purple sunsets into gold skies blooming hydrangea colors, varied, different depending, on species and soil PH, like differing days with family. Nourishing beneath, like we’re linked above. What’s underneath? What’s underneath is— love.
