PUNKS IN THIS CLIMATE / RAYS OF LIGHT / WE MAKE
the world renew light anew. On dappling Earth's dark surface swirling harsh hues. Antisemitic neighborhood high school graffiti brings community out to rally to clarify— Everyone Is Welcome Here, but no one's going to protect us but us kids waking and raging to the toxic world blinking like our bright star smiling, dying into the fade so we darken iridescence wading waves of our pride against fear. To fight a 10X force Earth sparks a light. As even when there's none, in dark nights everyone is following someone. Candled hearts light one another. With no flame, there is then each next dawning / rays of light / we make / like punks in this climate.
